About Us

Tamizhaga Puthiya Latchiyam Amaippusara Kattumana Thozhilargal Sangam (TPLAKTS) are the organisation created to extend our service to help the needy people in the growth of their livelihood. We also create awareness about the Government Welfare Schemes. The people eligible to the Government Welfare schemes are either unorganised civil construction workers or unorganised agricultural workers is emergence of geographical, regional, social and livelihood issues.

VISION

To organise, enroll, educate, aware and develop all the sections and categories of unorganised manual workers towards their rights and make them aware of all the Government Welfare Schemes and social economical and health benefits and tap the same to all the members.

MISSION

To organise and enroll the all sections and categories of unorganised manual workers with duly membership cards and organise awareness sessions on their rights and cordial relationship with employees and promote easy access to all the Government Welfare schemes for themselves and their family members, especially children on socio-economic, education, health, legal and livelihood through government departments and national and international network organisations.
